We decided to take the subway out to Olympic Park, wanted to see the venues up close. As with all attractions in Beijing during a holiday, always a ton of people.
Gone but not forgotten! We hope the Chinese Government spends the needed money to keep the park in good repair. We noticed that it is already beginning to show signs of wear. Birds Nest alone, estimated 8.8 million dollars per year to maintain! mike
