Temple of Heaven

Holiday in China - Tomb Sweeping Day. Day in which many show respect to family members who have past on by adding new soil to their grave sites, burning of paper money then placing the ashes on the graves and saying special prayers.

Bec and I took advantage of a much needed day off to visit the Pearl Market shopping complex and also the Temple of Heaven. After too much shopping at the Pearl Market (yes, I still hate to shop), we grabbed a quick lunch, then headed across the street to the Temple of Heaven. Great day, 74 degrees and clear blue skies (by Beijing standards!?!?).

Will not bore you with a bunch of pics this time, only took a total of 74 anyway. Another great place to visit when ya come to China!mike
